General Conditions
- Rates include the use of the furnished and equipped apartment as well as tax and utilities (water, electricity and heating).
- Linen, table cloth, kitchen towels etc. are not provided but will be available by request for minimal charge.
- Price does not include the final and mandatory cleaning of the apartment.
- Pre-payment: 30% of total for reservation, outstanding payment is due on the day of arrival.
- Reservations are only valid with written confirmation (mail, fax and letter) by owner.
- Deposit : 300€ will be asked for at your arrival and returned on the day of your departure. In case of any damages the cost will be evaluated and deducted of the deposit within 15 days.
- The occupation of the apartment is strictly limited to the number of persons as declared in the reservation. Any exceeding can be denied or may lead to extra charges.
- In case of cancellations happening later than 40 days prior to the date of arrival, the so far made payments will stay with the owner of the residence.
- An early departure during the stay will not justify any claims for reimbursement of costs.
Arrivals on Saturday between 18h00 and 20h00. Departures Saturdays before 10h00. Other possibilities on request and according to reservations. To assure your best reception do not miss to inform us about any arrivals later than 21h00.
